Join us on Earth Day for a walk through the trees in Allegheny Cemetery, one of the city’s officially designated Arboretums.

From catkins to corollas, we’ll explore the variety of tree flowers in our spring landscapes. Pick up some tree identification tips, natural history tidbits, and general tree lore along the way.

Meeting Point: Inside the arch at the Butler St entrance
Parking: street parking, or inside the cemetery if there are spaces – NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE ADMIN BUILDING

This event is suitable for participants aged 16+. Leave your puppy at home as pets aren’t allowed in the cemetery. Please dress for the weather and in footwear suitable for off-path (lawn/grass) and road walking. Expect to cover 1 mile+, over sloping terrain.
