Tree Protection Prep
Join Tree Adoption Program staff to help prepare tree protection for Tree Adoption events! This tree protection will protect young trees adopted by residents through our Tree Adoption Program and help them to grow and thrive! You will learn how to safely cut the plastic mesh fencing cages and weed blocking paper in teams of two.
Tree Pittsburgh will provide all equipment needed, just bring yourself and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. There are two shifts available for this event. Register for 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, 12:30-2:30 pm, or bring a lunch to stick around for both shifts!
