Tree Pittsburgh invites you to join in planting trees to beautify and improve the health of the community! Trees provide many benefits and together, we can ensure everyone can access these benefits.

We look forward to continuing to work alongside Hazelwood residents to plant trees in the neighborhood and address issues of hotter summer days in sections of the neighborhood with little to no tree cover! These efforts are made possible with support from the Hazelwood Initiative and in partnership with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy and the City of Pittsburgh, In 2019, we completed the ReLeaf Hazelwood plan and continue to work towards its goals through these planting projects. Join the event on Saturday, April 13th, from 10 AM to 1:30 PM on Blair Street between Courtland and Elizabeth Street.
