Please join us on Sat­ur­day, Octo­ber 28 for a fun morn­ing of tree plant­i­ng & dump site cleanup in the Sel­dom Seen Greenway!

We are excit­ed to be part­ner­ing with an All-Star team at this event includ­ing Alleghe­ny Clean­ways, Alleghe­ny Goatscape, Land­force, Pret­ty Up Beechview, SCA, The City of Pitts­burgh, The Office of Coun­cil­man Antho­ny Coghill, Tree Pitts­burgh, Water­sheds of South Pitts­burgh, and others!

This coali­tion has been work­ing to improve trail access and eco­log­i­cal health in the Sel­dom Seen Green­way for the enjoy­ment of the sur­round­ing com­mu­ni­ties and the City at large.

Please join us to help as we clean up an ille­gal dump site & plant 100 new trees in an area for­mer­ly dom­i­nat­ed by Japan­ese knotweed and ille­gal dumping.

All tools and mate­ri­als, includ­ing work gloves, will be pro­vid­ed.  Please be sure to wear good shoes/boots and long pants.
