STEAM Outside Camp will engage your 4th, 5th, or 6th grader in the urban forest through a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) lens. Camp takes full advantage of Tree Pittsburgh’s 5-acre riverfront campus, with its open-sided pole barn classroom, working tree nursery, wooded river trails, and mini meadow.

Join us for tree art, investigative science, nature observation, journaling, tree-planting, paddle-boarding on the Allegheny River, and more!

This day camp is designed for students entering 4th, 5th, or 6th grade in Fall 2023. Campers should bring their own lunch. Campers may be dropped off daily at 8:30 a.m. and must be picked up by 3:30 p.m.

If you have more questions or would like to apply for a camp scholarship, please contact Maeve Rafferty at maeve@treepittsburgh.org.
