STEAM Out­side Camp will engage your 4th, 5th, or 6th grad­er in the urban for­est, fields, and rivers through a STEAM (Sci­ence, Tech­nol­o­gy, Engi­neer­ing, Art, and Math­e­mat­ics) lens. Camp takes full advan­tage of Tree Pittsburgh’s 5‑acre river­front cam­pus with inter­ac­tive activ­i­ties focused on the ben­e­fits of trees, nature in an urban envi­ron­ment, explo­ration of ripar­i­an forests and riv­er habi­tats, and the life of a tree from seed to sapling at our Her­itage Nursery.
