Trees are marvelous living beings in their own right, and they’re great friends to wildlife. Help us conduct a survey of living things in nature – a bioblitz – at our riverside campus. Bring all of your senses, and your curiosity. Find, explore, and record with us some of the feathered, winged, leafy, and creeping inhabitants of our five acre property. There’ll be nature-themed pop-up activities and games along the way.

This event is part of the Remake Learning Days program in southwestern PA. Drop in at any time from 10am to 1pm with your little ones (saplings!) and visit our activity stations at your own pace. Best for K-5. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our trails are uneven, unpaved, and steep and narrow in places. Closed-toed shoes must be worn for safety. Sorry – no pets! Service animals are welcome.

Registration helps us plan – but is not essential.
