Come out and plant trees in the Hazel­wood Green­way from 10 AM to noon on Sat­ur­day, Octo­ber 21st. Tree Pitts­burgh in part­ner­ship with Alleghe­ny Goatscape, Land­force, Hazel­wood Ini­tia­tive, the Uni­ver­si­ty of Pitts­burgh, and the City of Pitts­burgh is look­ing for­ward to adding some new trees to the Longview Street entrance of the Hazel­wood Greenway!

Street park­ing is avail­able along Kinglake Street. There will be a short, uphill walk to the trail where we will plant trees and do some tree care from pre­vi­ous plantings.

Please dress appro­pri­ate­ly to work out­side and bring a reusable bot­tle for water! We will bring water, tools, gloves, and the trees!
